Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years communications experience.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft and edit engaging communications for multiple channels.
• Manage HR content on internal and external websites.
• Execute setup, testing and distribution of employee email communications with high quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with program managers to ensure alignment on key messages, channels and timing.
• Lead the design and execution of the bi-weekly HR Connect newsletter and monthly training emails.
• Maintain HR branding across materials and channels.
