Spitz, The Employee’s Law Firm, is seeking an Employment Litigation Attorney for our Toledo office on a partnership-track path. You will handle cases involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination, developing strategies and advancing them through depositions, briefs, and negotiations.

You will collaborate with a team, mentoring and learning from colleagues as you build toward leadership within the firm.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in employment litigation or strong interest in it.
• Ability to work directly with clients.
• Requires preparation, persistence and sound judgment.
• Leadership potential and partnership-track mindset.
