Job summary

Ford Energy seeks an HR Generalist to support frontline and regional leaders with performance management, employee relations, and workforce planning. You will manage HR operations, ensure data integrity in Oracle/Workday, and partner with Payroll, Recruiting, and Compliance teams in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The role emphasizes collaboration, policy implementation, and scalable HR processes with domestic travel as needed. A Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of HR experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems (Oracle, WorkDay, SAP, Visier).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust with shop-floor and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• HR Consultation & Frontline Advisory: guide performance management, address employee relations, coach leaders, support workforce planning.
• HR Operations & Technical Support: resolve inquiries, improve processes, ensure data integrity in HR systems, support payroll and benefits.
• Compliance & Standard Work: ensure adherence to labor laws, develop SOPs and standard work.
• Leadership & Collaboration: partner across Operations, Payroll, Recruiting to resolve systemic issues and implement solutions.
