You will assist employees and managers, gather information, document case details, and guide interpretations of policies and procedures. Strong communication and judgment are required to maintain confidentiality and build trust while ensuring compliant, timely resolutions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, management, or related field.
• Experience handling employee relations cases is required.
• Three years of related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of employee relations and applicable regulations is required.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to approach sensitive situations objectively and build trust.

• Assist employees and managers in addressing workplace concerns and strengthening employee relations.
• Handle employee relations cases, including gathering information, documenting, tracking progress, and follow-up.
• Guide employees and managers in interpreting policies, procedures, and actions affecting conditions of employment.
• Support the administration of University Health’s employee concern procedures.
• Help identify appropriate next steps and elevate complex concerns when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and communicate professionally with everyone involved in a case.
