As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing employee relations cases and investigations and are expected to demonstrate a clear understanding of legal compliance, applicable workplace laws, regulations, and APMT/Maersk policies and procedures. Additional key components of this role include facilitating training on management and leadership topics, and coordination and oversight of staff engagement activities.
