Qualifications

• PHR certification required or in progress

Responsibilities

• Provide support for hourly and salaried employees with most employee issues including discipline, investigations, and policy guidance.
• Conduct roundtable meetings to gather feedback and take appropriate actions.
• Support management with policy interpretation and guidance on team building and performance improvement.
• Report and analyze metrics to spot trends and inform leadership.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and I-9 maintenance.
