Mountaire Farms is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to conduct employee investigations, resolve hourly concerns, coach supervisors, and support corrective actions. You will help improve retention, maintain morale programs, and ensure policy compliance across the workforce.
You will report to HR leadership, work on attendance/compliance metrics, I-9 and Kronos reporting, and safety protocols, with typical 2nd shift hours (3pm–11pm) including occasional Saturdays.
