Job summary

LVMH is seeking an Employee Relations Project Manager to lead a six-month initiative to develop and operationalize company-wide ER frameworks and processes. You will coordinate with HR, Legal, Ethics, and other stakeholders to manage workstreams, timelines, milestones, and deliverables, establishing accountability and consistent ER outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or organizational development preferred.
• 4+ years in Employee Relations, HR project management, or related function.
• Strong PM, organization, and communication skills for multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and implementation of ER frameworks and processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional input with HR, Legal, Ethics; manage milestones.
• Support ER intake, investigations, documentation, and escalation paths.
• Develop training materials and dashboards to measure process impact.
• Gather requirements, track progress, and report on year-over-year improvements.
