Job summary

Sephora is seeking an experienced ER Partner for Retail Southeast to lead confidential investigations, resolve workplace disputes, and provide expert guidance on employee issues across the Retail group. Stay current on employment laws to ensure integrity and compliant processes.

You will partner with leaders, HR, and executives to drive culture, develop policies, and coach managers for high-performing teams while remaining mindful of regional regulations and remote-work considerations.

Job Summary

Reporting to the Employee Relations Manager, the ER Partner for Retail Southeast will lead investigations, resolve workplace disputes, and provide expert guidance on employee issues within the Retail group. This role requires staying current on employment laws and best practices to ensure integrity and compliance in all processes.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct confidential investigations into workplace complaints and potential policy violations. Provide expert counsel and recommend appropriate actions.
• Analyze trends and collaborate with stakeholders to address recurring issues and improve processes.
• Deliver training and guidance to managers and employees on policy compliance and ER best practices.
• Contribute to internal initiatives and projects as needed.

Working Conditions

Qualifications

Experience

• Experience in dedicated ER role(s); additional HR experience a plus — 4+
• Leading Workplace Investigations (Employment / Title VII) — 4+
• Conduct and Performance Management — 3+

The annual base salary range for this position is $113,900.00 - $127,300.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses. This job will be posted for a minimum of five days.
