Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking an Employee Relations Business Partner to investigate team member concerns and coach leaders in fair, consistent resolutions aligned with company policies and culture.

The role supports HR initiatives across the organization and ensures effective training and communication of ER processes. The position requires a Bachelor’s in HR or related field and 3+ years of HR experience, with strong problem‑solving and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Ability to resolve problems using judgment consistent with standards, policies, procedures, or laws.

Responsibilities

• Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues through research, investigation, tracking, documentation and resolution.
• Conducts internal workplace investigations related to adherence to Code of Conduct and policies.
• Resolves employee relations issues by coaching leaders on policies and issues.
• Ensures the termination process is completed timely and appropriately.
• Contributes to ER initiatives that support retention and morale and a respectful culture.
• Advances ER compliance investigations by engaging stakeholders and delivering training.
• Designs, develops, and delivers HR related training to business partners.
• Develops and implements company-wide employee relations programs and policies.
• Uses ER metrics to identify trends and guide proactive strategies.
