Job summary

Life Time is seeking an Employee Relations Business Partner to investigate team member concerns, coach leaders, and resolve issues in a fair and consistent manner in line with Life Time policies and our culture of care. The role executes Employee Relations activities and provides project support to develop, train, communicate, and implement HR policies and processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Ability to resolve problems using sound judgment aligned with policies, procedures and law.
• Ability to research, analyze, and resolve HR issues from basic to mid-complexity.
• Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues through research, investigation, tracking, documentation and resolution.
• Conducts thorough internal workplace investigations related to Code of Conduct, policies and regulations.
• Coaches leaders and team members on policies, employment issues and workplace challenges.
• Ensures termination processes (voluntary and involuntary) are completed timely and appropriately.
• Contributes to ER initiatives that improve retention, morale and culture.
• Advances ER compliance investigations processes, engaging stakeholders and providing training.
