Job summary

Viejas Casino & Resort is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to support all aspects of employee relations. The role reports to the HR Operations Manager and handles complaints, policy changes, and conflict resolution in the workplace.

Responsibilities include collaborating with management on HR processes, coordinating meetings for issues, and assisting Employment with candidate screenings and onsite events. Strong communication, organization, and guest-service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required.
• 3–5 years of experience in employee relations or HR roles preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and guest service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Works closely with assigned client departments in supporting the organization and departments.
• Collaborates with management on HR processes, policies, practices and systems.
• Assists team members in accessing sources to address issues via investigation/mediation.
