Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an enthusiastic Employee Relations Manager to join our Corporate Human Resources team. This role plays a critical role in fostering a positive, respectful, and high-performing workplace by providing guidance and support on complex employee relations matters.

In this role, you will partner with Corporate HR Business Partners, leaders, managers, Legal, and other stakeholders to address workplace concerns, conduct effective investigations, and promote consistent

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of progressive experience in Employee Relations or HR.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and managing complex matters.
• Strong knowledge of performance management, coaching, and improvement plans.
• Experience advising leaders on conduct, policy interpretation, and employment practices.
• Experience partnering with Legal, Compliance and HR stakeholders on sensitive matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations from intake through resolution with proper documentation.
• Conduct investigations and address performance, conduct, and attendance concerns.
• Coach managers on performance management, including feedback and corrective action.
• Guide separations and other employment actions with clear communications.
• Develop guidance, resources, and training on employee relations and performance.
• Identify trends using data and exit insights to improve engagement and reduce risk.
• Lead or contribute to special projects supporting ER priorities.
