Job summary

Confidential is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Manager - Employee Relations to lead a high-volume investigations pipeline and drive leader development. Working closely with the Head of HR, you will be a trusted partner on critical employment matters and key management training.

You will manage a fast-moving queue of workplace investigations, develop comprehensive reports, report trends, and deliver large-audience trainings with advanced PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Manage a fast-moving, high-volume queue of workplace investigations across multi-regional organization.
• Develop detailed investigation reports documenting timelines, witness statements, evidence, and actionable findings.
• Work directly with the Head of HR to report on trends, align on key outcomes, and escalated critical matters as needed.
• Utilize PowerPoint to deliver dynamic, high-impact manager trainings.
• Partner with management and the legal department to resolve conflicts, maintain policy compliance, and guide performance management processes.

Qualifications:

• Direct experience in Employee Relations and workplace investigations.
• Ability to conduct high-volume, complex investigations efficiently and deliver comprehensive, legally sound, and detailed investigation reports.
• Proven ability to manage a heavy caseload efficiently while providing detailed written reporting.
• Experience collaborating with and advising senior HR leadership.
• Exceptional public speaking skills with comfort presenting training to large teams.
• Proficient in building polished, professional PowerPoint presentations.
• Deep knowledge of CA state and federal employment laws.
• Additionally, while prior training design experience is a plus, the successful candidate must possess advanced PowerPoint skills and excellent public speaking capabilities to facilitate sessions in front of large audiences.
