Prudential Financial’s PGIM unit seeks a Manager, Employee Relations to partner with People Business Leaders on ER matters, investigations, and coaching. The role focuses on conflict resolution, policy interpretation, and risk mitigation across the asset management business.

Hybrid work arrangement with on-site presence as needed. Reporting to the Director of Employee Relations, the individual will ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and related laws while driving a constructive, respectful

Qualifications

• Experience conducting employee relations investigations.
• Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, FLSA and other state/federal laws.
• Ability to advise and coach leaders on ER issues.

Responsibilities

• Be objective, trusted advisor for PBLs, employees and management.
• Conduct HR investigations and provide timely, thorough outcomes.
• Provide guidance on performance, attendance, policy violations and conduct cases.
• Consult on employment law, leave and absence compliance with federal, state and local rules.
• Document cases in ER COE tracking tool and report trends.
• Partner with HR, Employment Law and Leave teams to address absences and policy questions.
• Lead ER COE projects and committees to enhance value.
