Prudential is seeking a Manager, Employee Relations to support PGIM, our asset management business, within the Employee Relations Center of Expertise. You will handle employee relations matters, provide guidance on laws like FMLA/ADA/FLSA, and lead investigations with PBLs and leaders.

This is a hybrid role requiring on-site presence three days a week in Newark, NJ. You will partner with management to counsel on performance, attendance, discipline, and policy interpretation, while documenting

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of HR experience in a corporate environment, including ER investigations and coaching leaders on ER matters.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, etc.).
• Excellent relationship management, communication, and judgment in sensitive matters.

Aufgaben

• Be an objective advisor to PBLs and management on employee relations matters.
• Conduct HR investigations and provide guidance on employment issues and laws.
• Help develop, implement, and roll out policies respecting state/local laws.
• Document thoroughly in ER COE case management system and report trends.
