Job summary

RCMSYNCAS002 is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to guide people programs in a fast-growing environment in Boston. The role requires broad knowledge of federal and state employment laws, strong communication, and the ability to translate policy into practice.

You will supervise and contribute to HR strategies, manage confidential information, and partner across departments to align HR initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications

This position interacts with all levels of personnel internally and in the community requiring the ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing mission and business objectives as well as HR policies/programs and the interpretation of them.Effectiveness in this role requires a full knowledge of corporate operations and product line as well as a full understanding of HR industry practices.T

The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with excellent judgment and discretion is critical.The incumbent determines own practices and procedures and leads and/or contributes to the development of new concepts.Exercises judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.Decisions may be made outside of policy constraints with the appropriate approval. Expert knowledge in federal and state EEO and labor laws.

Experience:

Requires a minimum of 8 years relevant professional level human resources generalist experience, including supervision and experience defining and driving HR strategies.Experience in a growth stage company, and background that is wide-ranging having required comprehensive analysis of complex situations, creative problem solving and strong influence skills required.Full understanding of applicable state and federal regulations, as well as demonstrated organizational and communication skills are required.User level working knowledge of HR information systems required.

Education:

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or other related discipline, or the equivalent knowledge and experience is required.Professional certification in Human Resources and/or graduate coursework preferred.Education:
