Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Several years of HR experience or 2+ years in employee relations.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Leads interpretation and implementation of HR policies across the company.
• Oversees employee relations, training programs, and EEOC compliance.
• Maintains government contacts and regulatory information.
• Develops programs to improve morale and workforce development.
• Recruits and references applicants; coordinates with outside consultants.
• Analyzes absenteeism, leave, policy application, safety, and productivity.
