Hankook Tire Co. is seeking a Manufacturing Group Leader to oversee production operations on nights or days, ensuring quality and profitability. You will monitor staff, assign work, track attendance, enforce policies, and drive performance evaluations.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to optimize day-to-day activities, and cost-conscious decision making. A high school diploma is required; engineering/technical or business degree is preferred, with English proficiency.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Engineering/technical or business degree preferred.
• Previous leadership experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Excellent English written and spoken skills required.
• Experience in manufacturing environments is a plus.
