Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Experience in HR-Employee Relations; managerial experience a plus
• Good command of written and spoken English

Responsibilities

• Leads interpretation and implementation of HR policies and procedures company-wide
• Oversees employee relations, training programs, and EEOC compliance
• Maintains government contacts and up-to-date information on regulations affecting employee relations
• Promotes the company image and participates in community and professional organizations
• Develops programs for performance standards and workforce development; ensures policy consistency
• Conducts internal investigations and audits to ensure policy compliance and fair employment determinations
