Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is looking for an Employee Relations Partner to advise managers and employees, conduct timely HR investigations, and ensure compliance with policies and laws. You will monitor trends, provide risk-mitigating guidance, and support operational decisions across the enterprise.

The role requires strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams including Legal, Labor Relations, and COEs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, organizational management, law or equivalent major.
• Five years or more in HR compliance, HR generalist or employee relations.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite; knowledge of employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and participate in all phases of local HR investigations and oversee case management in systems.
• Provide policy interpretation to managers on conflict resolution, discipline, and termination procedures.
• Collaborate with Operations/HR/Legal teams to craft solutions for complex Employee Relations matters.
