DriveTime in Tempe, AZ seeks an Employee Relations Manager to lead Talent Support, advising leaders, guiding performance conversations, and ensuring fair, compliant people practices.

You’ll partner with Leave, Legal, Benefits and HRBPs, manage multiple initiatives, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining a people-first culture.

This role requires 3–5 years in HR, a bachelor’s degree, and strong coaching. A hybrid work model applies with on-site days.

• Guide performance conversations and internal reviews for consistency.

• Serve as primary Talent Support contact across departments with care.
