Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands in Tempe, AZ seeks an Employee Engagement Program Manager to shape meaningful moments across the employee lifecycle. The role manages new hire and employee programming, as well as the organization’s community giving program, ensuring employees feel welcomed, valued, and connected to the company culture from day one.

You will own end-to-end program planning, budgeting, vendor coordination, and a company-wide programming calendar while collaborating with Talent

Qualifications

• Experience with employee engagement programming.
• Project management and budget management skills.
• Event planning and logistics coordination experience.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage employee engagement programs that support key lifecycle moments.
• Own end-to-end program planning, project management, communications, logistics, budgeting, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain a company-wide programming calendar to coordinate timing and avoid overlap across initiatives.
• Serve as a culture ambassador and subject matter expert on employee engagement initiatives.
• Track and report program KPIs to measure effectiveness and inform future planning.
• Continuously evaluate and refine existing programs based on employee feedback and business needs.
• Manage partner relationships with community organizations.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development to align with broader people strategy.
