Responsibilities include guiding managers on disciplinary actions, maintaining secure case files, and generating regular reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Criminal Justice, or Pre-Law preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Workplace Investigations or related field.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and preparing investigative reports.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex workplace investigations from intake to resolution.
• Coordinate with HR and Legal to ensure compliant, well-documented outcomes.
• Provide guidance on disciplinary actions and corrective measures with consistency and equity.
• Maintain centralized documentation and accurate timelines for investigations and appeals.
• Prepare regular reporting on appeals metrics and investigation trends.
• Train staff on dispute resolution and employee relations practices.
