Job summary

The Kraft Group & Affiliates in Foxborough, MA is seeking an Employee Relations Manager to lead complex workplace investigations, manage cases from intake through resolution, and partner with Human Resources and Legal to ensure compliant, well-documented outcomes while minimizing organizational risk.

You will collaborate with HR and business unit leaders to respond to employee issues, guide disciplinary actions, maintain secure records, and provide timely reporting for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR, criminal justice, or pre-law.
• 4+ years in HR, employee relations, investigations, or employment law.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and managing confidential files.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to respond to employee issues and complaints; conduct investigations following protocols.
• Act as primary investigator and case manager for escalated issues; coordinate with legal and division leaders as needed.
• Guide managers on disciplinary actions to ensure consistency and reduce risk; oversee adverse actions including warnings and terminations.
• Maintain centralized, secure documentation; track investigation timelines and generate weekly guidance reports.
• Review background check results per policy and law; adjudicate with objective recommendations.
• Assess discipline trends; advise on proactive remediation and employee relations practices.
• Assist with training on dispute resolution and employee relations; analyze data to improve communication.
• Handle special projects as required; protect personally identifiable information per privacy standards.
