Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years HR experience, with 2+ years in employee relations and investigations.
• Knowledge of Title VII, ADA, FMLA, FLSA and HR best practices.
• Strong investigative, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and multiple cases.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for employee relations and policy interpretation.
• Conduct impartial workplace investigations with evidence gathering.
• Coach leaders on performance and conduct matters.
• Advise on HR policies and employment law to reduce risk.
• Prepare corrective action documentation and separation recommendations.
• Maintain confidential case records and provide HR leadership with insights.
• Identify recurring concerns and suggest proactive policy updates.
• Act as a two-way communications link between community teams and HR.
• Support retention efforts and foster a positive work environment.
• Assist HR projects and other duties as assigned.
