Job summary

Aquarius Staffing is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and alleged misconduct, including harassment, discrimination, and policy violations. You will provide guidance to managers and staff on performance, discipline, and policy interpretation.

You will facilitate mediations, ensure consistent policy application, develop training programs, maintain confidential records, collaborate with HRBPs and legal counsel, stay current with

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in employee relations or a similar role.
• Experience with high-volume ER cases, non-exempt population preferred.
• Know ledge of federal and state employment laws (FLSA, ADA, FMLA, Title VII).

Responsibilities

• Investigate complaints impartially and maintain thorough records.
• Coach managers and staff on performance, discipline, and policy interpretation.
• Facilitate mediations to resolve disputes constructively.
• Ensure consistent policy application across the organization.
• Develop and deliver training on communication, conflict resolution, and anti-harassment.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and legal counsel on complex issues.
• Monitor employment law changes and propose policy updates.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and positive culture.
