Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in employee relations or similar role.
• Experience managing complex investigations is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle investigations and case management for workplace concerns.
• Provide expert guidance to managers and employees on policies and practices.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance and HR partners on investigation outcomes and actions.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of information and case documentation in Ethicspoint or similar systems.
• Promote proactive communication and positive relationships across management and staff.
