Job summary

Texas Family Care Network is seeking an HR Generalist in Dallas to support employee relations, payroll workflows, benefits, and compliance for all Texas employees. The role reports to the HR Director and spans investigations, leave administration, unemployment processes, and HR program support.

The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, have at least 3 years in HR, and preferably a PHR/SPHR or SHRM certification.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field from an accredited college or university.
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred.
• Requires a valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Support/ service delivery for Employee Relations, payroll, benefits, and leave administration.
• Investigates problems and provides guidance for resolution; communicates policies clearly.
• Supports the payroll process including new hires, terminations, and HRIS workflows.
• Manages unemployment compensation processes and hearings.
• Assists in training program directors and supervisors on HR topics.
