Job summary

Mastery PA is seeking an Employee Relations Talent Partner to advocate for employee success, supporting engagement, performance reviews, and fair HR policy application across campuses. This role emphasizes retention, wellbeing, and data-driven insights with strict confidentiality.

The ERTP partners with the Senior Director of HR to drive onboarding, retention initiatives, and growth opportunities while analyzing HR metrics to guide leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of HR management/operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree in management/HR or related field; HR cert preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main HR inquiries contact for assigned campuses.
• Support engagement, performance reviews, and career development.
• Analyze data on retention, engagement, and employee experience.
• Coordinate annual performance reviews with leadership.
• Conduct investigations and monitor disciplinary trends.
• Assist onboarding, engagement, and performance processes.
• Provide HRIS support and data analysis with confidentiality.
• Travel between network campuses as required.
