Job summary

Mastery Schools is seeking an Employee Relations Talent Partner (ERTP) to advocate for employee success and sustain a positive work environment across campuses. This role focuses on retention, development, and well-being while ensuring fair policy application and confidentiality in HRIS data handling.

As the ERTP, you will coordinate performance reviews, support engagement initiatives, and assist leaders with employee relations matters.

Qualifications

• Requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and deadline discipline.
• Proficient in collecting and analyzing HR data to inform decisions.
• Ability to adapt creatively to changing needs and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Be the main HR contact for assigned campuses and provide accurate guidance to staff and leaders.
• Support engagement, conflict resolution, and career development to foster an inclusive workplace.
• Coordinate performance reviews with the Senior Director of HR and support employee growth and recognition.
• Conduct investigations and monitor disciplinary practices across the network and campuses.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and prepare actionable reports for leadership.
