Job summary

Mastery is seeking an Employee Relations Talent Partner to advocate for employee success, spanning retention, development, and well-being across our campuses. You will support HR inquiries, ensure fair policy application, and guide leaders in engagement and performance processes.

You will handle data analysis, onboarding support, and confidential HRIS activities, reporting to the Senior Director of Human Resources. Travel to campuses is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of HR management, HR operations or HRIS experience.
• Bachelor's degree in management, business or related field with HR concentration.
• HRCI/SHRM certification strongly preferred; knowledge of PA/NJ employment law is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Acts as main HR contact for assigned campuses, providing guidance to employees and leaders.
• Supports engagement, conflict resolution, and career development to foster inclusion.
• Gathers and analyzes data to address retention and engagement factors.
• Coordinates performance reviews with leadership to support growth and recognition.
• Conducts investigations and monitors disciplinary practices across campuses.
• Serves as employee advocate to attract and retain talent.
• Analyzes HR metrics and prepares leadership reports on retention and engagement.
• Supports onboarding, engagement, and performance processes to ensure fairness.
• Maintains knowledge of labor laws to ensure compliant HR policies.
• Travels between network campuses as required by role.
