Job summary

AISIN Texas is seeking an HR Generalist in Cibolo, TX to foster positive employee relations and support workplace compliance. You will advise on policies, support leave programs, and help address workforce concerns while promoting trust and open dialogue.

Reporting to HR leadership, this role emphasizes communication, confidentiality, and collaboration across teams to strengthen relationships and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in employee relations, Team Member relations, internal communications, Human Resources, or a related role.
• Working knowledge of employee relations practices and applicable employment laws and regulations.
• Working knowledge of FMLA, LOA, STD, LTD, and other employee leave and disability programs.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for policy and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with Team Members and management to foster a respectful, communicative workplace.
• Serve as a resource to Team Members regarding policies, procedures, workplace expectations, and HR-related matters.
• Gather and evaluate feedback to identify potential employee relations issues and support timely resolution.
• Meet with Team Members and management to discuss workplace concerns and policy questions.
• Review employee relations matters and recommend actions consistent with policies and requirements.
• Support early identification and prevention of workplace issues affecting morale or engagement.
• Develop and deliver training or information resources on HR topics as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment with sensitive information.
• Partner with HR leadership to address employee relations initiatives.
