Cone Health Medical Group is seeking an Employee Relations Consultant to support the design of employee relations programs and policies, promoting a positive workplace environment through effective communication and engagement. The role works under supervision to implement strategies in collaboration with HR leadership.

Requirements include a bachelor's or associate degree with HR experience and at least one year in HR.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree with 3 years related Human Resources experience.
• 1 year of related Human Resources experience.

Responsabilidades

• Supports Human Resources policy interpretation for leaders and employees to ensure a proper work environment is maintained.
• Collaborates with HR leadership to develop and implement employee relations strategies that promote open communication, engagement, and a positive work culture.
• Helps provide guidance and support to managers and supervisors on employee relations issues, including performance management, discipline, and conflict resolution.
• Serves as a primary contact for employees and leadership to resolve employee relations concerns, escalating to a team member when necessary.
• Helps with investigations following employee complaints, grievances, and concerns, ensuring fair and timely resolution.
• Assists in the development and revision of HR policies, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
