Job summary

Cogent, Inc. is seeking a Service Coordinator for our Tulsa, OK facility. The role requires at least an Associate’s or vocational degree with customer service/order coordination experience and proficiency in Salesforce.

You will manage work orders, pricing, procurement, and schedule coordination while maintaining strong customer relationships. As an employee-owner, you’ll contribute to an innovative, collaborative team that supports growth across industrial segments.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or vocational degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
• Experience in customer service, order coordination or scheduling.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create work orders for shop technicians to perform work.
• Acquire documents and parts lists needed for jobs.
• Review inspections and prepare reports for customers.
• Procure parts, equipment, and tools for each job.
• Track purchase orders and forecast part arrivals.
• Schedule jobs with the Shop Service Manager.
• Communicate job status to customers and sales teams.
• Update needed stakeholders using Salesforce daily.
