Job summary

Central States Manufacturing, Inc. seeks an Employee-Owner to lead a production area, overseeing safety, quality, and on‑time performance. You will work with site management to execute daily plans and drive improvements across the operation.

Responsibilities include coaching teams, leading daily huddles, maintaining quality checks, and mentoring future leaders while aligning operations with financial goals and company initiatives.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in a related field and a minimum of two years of leadership experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Follows plant safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Develops team through ongoing On the Job Training and coaching.
• Leads daily huddles with direct reports and ensures participation.
• Drives continuous improvement to safety, quality, on-time performance and KPIs.
• Uses visual management in daily operations for safety and quality.
• Develops current and future team leaders for higher levels.
• Ensures quality checks are completed; investigates issues and implements corrective actions.
• Conducts interviews for site positions.
• Monitors performance and sets team and individual goals.
• Understands location financials and team impact; coaches for improvement.
