Job summary

Central States seeks an experienced production leader to supervise an area, ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, throughput, and on-time delivery. You will work with the site management team to execute the daily production plan and drive company initiatives.

You will develop your team through coaching, lead daily huddles, and pursue continuous improvement while mentoring future leaders and focusing on cost control and safe operations.

Qualifications

• Must lead and develop teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and safety goals met.
• Drive continuous improvement and manage site KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day leadership of assigned areas and supervises employees.
• Maintains safety, quality, efficiency, throughput, and on-time performance.
• Executes daily production plan with site management.
• Supports initiatives to improve customers’ business and site performance.
• Promotes and conducts daily team huddles with direct reports.
