Job summary

Central States Manufacturing, Inc. seeks an Employee-Owner to lead assigned production areas, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time performance. You will work with site management to execute plans, coach teams, and drive continuous improvement across KPIs.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to motivate and develop team members while upholding the ESOP values and company initiatives. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in a related field and a minimum of two years of experience in a leadership role or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Follows and enforces all plant safety procedures and uses all applicable PPE.
• Develops team through On the Job Training and coaching.
• Promotes and oversees daily huddles with direct reports and ensures participation.
• Drives continuous improvement to improve safety, quality, on-time performance, and KPIs.
• Promotes development of current and future team leaders.
• Ensures quality control checks are completed; investigates issues and implements corrective actions.
• Plans and balances overtime based on workload and position.
