Job summary

Central States Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking an Employee‑Owner to lead a production area, supervise staff, and ensure safety, quality, and on‑time performance. This role collaborates with the site management team to drive daily production plans and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will coach and develop team members, manage KPI performance, monitor costs, and maintain strong safety practices while promoting the company’s ESOP ethos and community commitments.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in a related field and a minimum of two years of experience in a leadership role or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day leadership of assigned areas and supervises employees to maintain safety, quality and on-time performance.
• Drives continuous improvement and develops the team through training and coaching.
• Promotes daily huddles, coaches team members, and ensures goals are met.
• Monitors KPI performance, manages overtime, cost controls, and quality checks.
• Plans interviews for positions, conducts evaluations, and mentors high-potential staff.
