Job summary

Qualifications

• Follow plant safety procedures and wear PPE.

• Assist in multiple production areas as needed to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Support setup and operation of workstations and fabrication tasks.
• Perform material handling including loading, catching, and moving materials.
• Monitor machine output and assist with basic troubleshooting.
• Complete production tasks using hand and power tools.
• Train new hires on equipment, procedures, safety, and quality standards.
• Cross-train in multiple production areas as business needs require.
