Job summary

Pegasus Laboratories, Inc. in Hartford, CT is hiring a PRN Pharmacal Sales Representative I to call on veterinary customers and partners, drive product sales, and grow market share in animal health.

Responsibilities include meeting sales quotas, launching new products, building territory plans, using CRM tools, and serving hospitals. We offer ESOP, competitive base salary with bonus, comprehensive benefits, generous PTO, and tuition/fitness reimbursement. Up to 100% travel within 50 miles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, agribusiness, or related field, or RVT/CVT credential.
• 0–2 years sales experience in animal health/pharma preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Call on veterinary customers and distributors to grow product sales.
• Meet sales quotas and defend/launch products within territory.
• Develop territory plans and use CRM to manage accounts.
• Build relationships with hospitals and staff to expand access.
