PBI-Gordon Companies is hiring a Sales Representative I to call on veterinary customers and work with distributor partners to grow product sales across a defined territory. The role includes assisting customers with orders, answering questions on a wide range of products, and expanding product awareness in the animal health market.

Qualifikationen

• 0–2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably within the animal health or pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience calling on and managing distributor accounts and managing a geographically large sales territory preferred.

Aufgaben

• Meet sales objectives (quota) both overall and for key growth products via demand generation within assigned territory.
• Successfully launch new and defend legacy products.
• Develop and execute a Territory Business Plan / Resource Allocation per our expectations – effectively implementing the full complement of PRN resources.
• Meet field activity expectations including sales call activity and investment in medical education programs.
• Develop and execute a call-cycle at the account and veterinarian level to deliver reach and frequency expectations.
