Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of BIM/VDC experience in construction.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and Navisworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BIM workflows and standards for various construction projects.
• Utilize BIM software to enhance project visualization and constructability reviews.
• Coordinate and manage 3D modeling efforts for project-specific requirements.
• Participate in design and construction meetings to provide BIM/VDC input.
• Conduct clash detection and visual walkthroughs using Navisworks.
• Collaborate with project team to align BIM strategy with project goals.
• Provide technical support and training for BIM software.
• Assist in scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration tasks.
• Integrate architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical designs into a cohesive 3D model.
