Job summary

RK Industries is seeking a VDC Project Manager to lead BIM-driven coordination on complex construction projects in Denver. You will collaborate with preconstruction, engineering, and field teams to gather information and drive project startup efficiency.

You will mentor staff on best practices, coordinate multi-trade 3D models, manage clash resolution, and oversee RFI generation to keep the schedule on track. Strong BIM, leadership, and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading VDC/BIM coordination on complex construction projects.
• Proficient with NAVISWORKS and 3D coordination across trades.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership in fast-paced environments.
• College/University degree with 7+ years experience in a technical role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Preconstruction Team, Project Managers, Engineers, and field staff to start projects efficiently.
• Mentor staff on best practices for means, methods, and process enhancements.
• Lead coordination meetings and ensure schedule adherence across trades.
• Manage 3D coordination, clash resolution, and RFI generation.
