Job summary

Performance Contracting Group is seeking an experienced Design Engineer for its Denver operations based in Aurora, CO. The role focuses on BIM/VDC modeling, coordination, and delivering fully coordinated models using Revit and Navisworks.

The candidate will manage 3D modeling scopes, participate in design meetings, and ensure compliance with project documents. A strong portfolio and proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline preferred.
• 4+ years of BIM (Revit)/VDC modeling and coordination experience.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks Manage, and BIM 360 Design/Glue.
• Portfolio demonstrating work in Revit and Revit Family Editor.
• Experience with Bluebeam PDF Software.

Responsibilities

• Create 3D models using Revit for project delivery.
• Coordinate BIM with design teams and operations.
• Perform BIM coordination and clash detection using Navisworks.
• Ensure models are fully coordinated within PCI scope and deliverables meet project requirements.
• Attend staff training and maintain project-specific BIM content.
