RK Industries is seeking a VDC Project Manager to lead BIM coordination on complex construction projects in Denver. You will collaborate with Preconstruction, Project Managers, and field teams to ensure efficient project start, mentoring staff and driving process improvements.

The role emphasizes advanced VDC methods, 3D modeling, and clash resolution using Navisworks, with a focus on staying ahead of schedule and budget while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience leading VDC/BIM coordination on complex construction projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet schedules.
• Ability to mentor staff on means and methods and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination for one or more projects and monitor schedule compliance.
• Draft, review, and manage RFI processes with designers and project team.
• Review drawings for constructability and ensure proper hangers and spacing.
• Coordinate 3D models and collaborate with field, PM, and engineering teams.
• Lead NAVISWORKS coordination meetings and resolve clashes daily.
• Document progress, lineal feet, and changes due to scope shifts.
