Job summary

Performance Contracting seeks an experienced Design Engineer for its PCI Denver operations based in Aurora, CO. You will create BIM models in Revit and coordinate with design and operations teams, while performing clash detection with Navisworks.

Minimum 4+ years in BIM/VDC, proficiency in Revit/AutoCAD/Navisworks, and a collaborative mindset are required. Occasional site visits may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2-year degree with experience acceptable.
• 4+ years BIM (Revit)/VDC modeling and coordination experience.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks Manage, and BIM 360 Design/Glue.

Responsibilities

• Attend kickoff meetings to confirm scope and requirements.
• Create 3D models in Revit and coordinate with teams.
• Perform BIM coordination and clash detection with Navisworks.
• Ensure models are fully coordinated within PCI’s scope.
