Job summary

Performance Contracting Group seeks an experienced Design Engineer for PCI Denver 583 in the Aurora, CO area. The role centers on BIM/VDC modeling, coordination, and design support using Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 Design/Glue.

You will lead clash detection, coordinate with Design and Operations teams, prepare project content, and promote BIM best practices to improve construction productivity. Local candidates in the Denver metro area preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years BIM (Revit)/VDC modeling and coordination experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating Revit and Revit Family Editor.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks Manage, BIM 360 Design/Glue.
• Strong coordination and document coordination skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Attend kick off meetings to confirm scope and contract requirements.
• Create 3D models using Revit and coordinate with design/operations.
• Perform BIM compliance checks and clash detection with Navisworks.
• Prepare project content and ensure model coordination within PCI scope.
• Engage with BIM/VDC team to implement best practices.
• Provide design support, drawings processing, and layout details.
