• Ability to motivate and train employees and maintain standards.
• Regular weekend availability and accurate reporting.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store ensuring every detail has been accomplished.
• Keep the sales floor staffed with well-trained Sales Associates.
• Handle sales conflicts promptly to resolve them.
• Conduct pre-hiring surveys, interviews, and hiring as needed.
• Direct staff in setup of new sales events and participate in trainings.
• Attend management meetings and ensure punctual attendance.
