• Open and close the store, ensuring every detail has been completed.
• Maintain the sales floor with well-trained Sales Associates who uphold our standards.
• Resolve sales conflicts promptly to reach a resolution.
• Manage disciplinary actions as set by the company guidelines.
• Observe staff to coach a successful team.
• Oversee pre-hiring surveys, interviews, and staffing requirements.
• Direct the staff in setup of new sales events.
• Lead training of new sales associates.
• Participate in management meetings.
• Ensure punctuality and regular attendance.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
